SHIPPING POLICY

At A&N Cigar Stroller, we are committed to delivering your products efficiently while fully complying with all applicable tobacco regulations in the United States.


1. ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays
  • During high-demand periods or limited releases, processing times may be extended

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.


2. SHIPPING METHODS & CARRIERS

We ship orders using approved carriers such as:

  • UPS
  • FedEx

We do not ship tobacco products via USPS, in compliance with federal regulations.

Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.


3. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.

  • Standard shipping: typically 2–5 business days after dispatch
  • Expedited options may be available at checkout

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.


4. ADULT SIGNATURE REQUIREMENT

Due to federal and state regulations, orders containing tobacco products may require:

  • Adult Signature (21+) upon delivery

The carrier will verify identification at the time of delivery. Failure to provide valid ID may result in the package being returned.


5. AGE VERIFICATION

All customers must be 21 years or older.

We may:

  • Use third-party age verification systems
  • Request additional identification before shipping

Orders that cannot be verified will be delayed or canceled.


6. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We comply with all federal and state laws governing tobacco sales.

As a result:

  • We may not ship to certain states or jurisdictions
  • Some locations may have additional restrictions or requirements

Orders placed to restricted areas will be canceled and refunded.


7. TAXES & REGULATORY FEES

Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, including:

  • State tobacco excise taxes (where applicable)

Customers are responsible for compliance with local laws.


8. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

It is your responsibility to monitor the shipment and ensure availability for delivery if a signature is required.


9. FAILED DELIVERY & RETURNS TO SENDER

If a package is:

  • Undeliverable
  • Refused
  • Not signed for when required

It may be returned to us.

In such cases:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment

10. RISK OF LOSS

All orders are shipped under a shipment contract.

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the package is handed over to the carrier.


11. DELAYS

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier issues
  • Weather conditions
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
  • Regulatory verification requirements

12. ORDER REVIEW & FRAUD PREVENTION

We reserve the right to:

  • Hold or delay orders for verification
  • Cancel orders suspected of fraud or non-compliance
