Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.
2. SHIPPING METHODS & CARRIERS
We ship orders using approved carriers such as:
- UPS
- FedEx
We do not ship tobacco products via USPS, in compliance with federal regulations.
Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
3. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.
- Standard shipping: typically 2–5 business days after dispatch

4. ADULT SIGNATURE REQUIREMENT

The carrier will verify identification at the time of delivery. Failure to provide valid ID may result in the package being returned.

- Not signed for when required
It may be returned to us.
In such cases:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
