1. INSPECTION UPON DELIVERY
- Upon receiving your order, inspect all items immediately.
- Any issues, damage, or discrepancies must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Refunds or exchanges will depend on the reason for the return and compliance with our policy.
2. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
- All products are inspected prior to shipment to ensure they meet grade A standards.
- If a product is received damaged or defective, we will:
- File a claim with the carrier
- Replace the item at no additional shipping cost to you

3. RETURNS DUE TO BUYER’S REMORSE
- Returns for reasons other than damage must be:
- Sent within 14 days of delivery
- In original packaging and in saleable condition
- Refunds will include the product price minus shipping costs.
Important: Cigars that have been cut, smoked, or opened are not eligible for return.
4. RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RMA)

- Write the RMA number clearly on the package. Returns without an RMA may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
5. FINAL SALE ITEMS
- Certain items, such as Scratch & Dent products, liquidation items, or limited promotions, may be marked as FINAL SALE.
- Final Sale items are not eligible for return or refund.
6. SAMPLERS & MULTI-PACKS
- Returns for samplers or bundled products are only accepted if new, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Partial refunds will not be issued.
- If eligible for return, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
